Your Restylane Procedure
Restylane treatment is very quick and takes only 10-15 minutes depending on your treatment plan. To begin, you’ll discuss your goals with our team and determine the right treatment area and formulation. Then, the treatment area will be cleansed. The product will be placed under the skin using a very fine needle. Once complete, you can return home with aftercare instructions from our team.
Restylane Results and Recovery
Restylane can take 1-2 weeks to fully settle in, although you’ll see instant results after your treatment session. For the first few days after treatment, avoid exercising or hot environments. If you have discomfort or swelling, you can use ice packs but avoid rubbing or massaging the area. You may experience some minor bruising or swelling, but this usually subsides within a few days. If you’re unsatisfied with your results after two weeks, you can return for additional units. The length of your results can depend on many different factors including your Restylane formulation, but dermal fillers typically last one year.
